We wish to thank you for choosing “November furniture” and allowing us to be a part of your home . To avoid any inconvenience ,we kindly request you to read the below listed terms and conditions prior to leaving the store

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FURNITURE BOOKING / DELIVERY

*Free home delivery and assembly of furniture, within city limits ,provided that the invoice value of the furniture exceeds AED 2,500. Delivery charges shall apply for delivery outside city limits .

*The delivery shall be made at ground level if adequate size services lift is not available .

*Cheques should be cleared before the delivery date .

*The customer should ensure that the receiving area for final furniture assembly is clear and ready to accommodate the new furniture . the delivery crew will not be responsible for dismantling or shifting the customer’s old furniture .

*If the customer requests to postpone a scheduled delivery or if the customer’s representative is not available , then the delivery will be rescheduled to the next available date .

*Delivery charges will apply incase “November furniture” send the same products to customers house again due to any fault from the customer side or any issue with lifts , doorways or any other situation at customer place or building .

*Note:

Some homes do not have elevators or have narrow doors, passage ways and low ceilings, so the delivery crew may not be able to bring your new furniture into your home without risk or damage. The delivery crew will make the final decision to attempt delivery.

Disclaimer Although we will endeavor to ensure timely delivery, we reserve the right to delay delivery of goods for reasons beyond our control.

*Replacement and Return Policy:
Returns or exchanges are not accepted:

*Furniture that has been customized, assembled and received in good condition, according to the terms of the agreement concluded between the company and the customer.

*Goods damaged as a result of customer negligence.
